BEYONCE SAYS SUPER BOWL PERFORMANCE WAS 'BEAUTIFUL' - EXCLUSIVE

Shortly after Beyonce came off stage after performing at the Super Bowl, our sister site in the US,omg! spoke to Beyonce exclusively about the experience.
Beyonce Talks to ‘omg! Insider’ About Her Super Bowl PerformanceThe Baltimore Ravens may have won Super Bowl 47, but what really sticks out in our minds is Beyonce’s spectacular halftime performance. “omg! Insider” co-anchor Kevin Frazier got the chance to talk with Queen B right after she left the stage, to get her thoughts on her concert. She told Kevin, “It feels good to know the hard work paid off,” and felt the show was a big success.

And it seems that Beyonce couldn't have been happier with how things went.  She said: "It was beautiful. It was really beautiful."

Beyonce was also glad that the performance went off without a hitch.  The stunning singer explained: "It feels good to know that the hard work paid off. It's a live television show, it's the biggest show in America. There are so many things that could happen - and God was on my side."

She was probably feeling extra pressure after facing criticism for miming at Obama's inauguration two weeks ago.

However, the Super Bowl performance was pretty spectacular. Beyonce began her set alone, performing her hits Crazy in Love, Love on Top and Baby Boy.  She was then joined on stage by her Destiny's Child bandmates who performed Independent Women and Beyonce's hit, Single Ladies.  The girls took to Twitter after the performance to tell their followers how much they'd enjoyed it.

Kelly Rowland posted a photo of the girls on stage alongside the caption: "Me & my girls don't go out a lot, but when we do, we always shutdown shop! #DC3".  Michelle Williams followed suit, saying: "Had a great time w/my sisters tonight!! Tried to keep it a surprise!! Love you all...God bless!!". And Beyonce went one step further, writing a letter to her Destiny's Child bandmates.

It read: "What a proud day for AFRICAN AMERICAN women!!!! You are all beautiful, talented and showed so much class! It was an honor to perform at the Super Bowl with you phenomenal ladies. Love Beyonce."
