JUSTIN BIEBER COLLAPSES DURING LONDON GIG

Justin Bieber tweets picture from his hospital bed following breathing difficulties on stage last night

Last night Justin Bieber was admitted to hospital after leaving the stage during his latest O2 arena concert when he began to suffer from breathing difficulties.

The 19-year-old singer was driven straight to hospital after finishing the gig and has now posted a picture of himself in a ward bed- telling fans that his doctors were trying to ‘figure out’ exactly what happened.  He wrote on Twitter: "thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love.(sic)"

Justin left fans shocked last night when he stopped performing midway through a song, holding his head in his hands and bending over in pain.  On leaving the stage, Justin’s manager Scooter Braun informed fans at the gig that the heartthrob was currently being looked over by the venue’s medical team due to shortness of breath.

He said:"Justin got very light of breath, the whole show he's been complaining.  "He's backstage with the EMTs (emergency medical team) and the doctor."   However, Justin insisted on returning to the stage twenty minutes later to finish off his last four songs rather than going immediately to the hospital.

Scooter continued: "They're telling him they want him to go and see somebody and find out what's going on with his lungs, he's just told me that in five minutes, if it's OK with you guys, he's going to come out and finish the show.

"So he might not be jumping around as much and everything else, you guys need to be patient with us, we're not trying to be disrespectful, we're not trying to get you guys home late, we're truly trying to put on a show for the people who love him."

After news of the star’s mystery illness broke, the trend #justintakeabreak started to circulate on Twitter.  Justin previously angered fans earlier this week after turning up on stage two hours later than billed, forcing many to leave the concert as he took to the stage.
